PrusaSlicer is an open-source editing program for setting up 3D prints in a detailed manner. You can link it to a huge array of 3D printer models and adapt its configuration according to your needs. Also, you can modify the characteristics of your printer, filaments, and prints independently using the program’s interface, and save those changes with different profiles.
You can test the settings using the preconfigured models that the program offers, or upload your own settings from your system.
PrusaSlicer has a great variety of tools; you can edit the layers (amount, height, perimeters, quality, among others); cut or divide your objects; mark the stands; or mark the seams for printing, as well as the characteristics for printing such as temperature, speed, and filaments. You can even preview each layer of the changes from the platform.
Although I had no problem when using it, the program lacks a manual or help file, which can be a problem if you don’t have any previous experience in using this type of programs. Otherwise, I think that it is a rather comprehensive program for printing in 3D.
